Wide waist belt style, plus size women's belt can be worn on waist, low waist to cover a tum or on hips. HOW TO WEAR THIS BELT? The Sandra belt, shown in first picture here worn as a wide waist belt - looks great around your middle under the bust or worn just slightly lower in a wide V shape adds more interest to an outfit. There are two ways to wear the belt one way gives you pointy ends but turn it up the other way and you have curves. Available as a plus size belt. Buy a larger size to wear on the hips which is super flattering for every body shape but a shallow V just under the waist also looks great especially if hiding a little tummy.

Size help for this particular item

SIZE GUIDE - shop dress sizes vary so a tape measure is best way to buy the right size. To find your size measure yourself placing the tape measure around your waist or in a V shape on you at the height you wish to wear it - this must be done over clothes. Small S/32" is generally good for UK size 14/16 women as a wide waist belt (or size 8/10 when worn on hips – XS is 28.5"), medium is M/35", large is L/38", XL is 42" and finally XXL is 45" but only available in the most popular colours. Please note that you can only adjust this belt by a couple of cm so a small gives a range of 80-82cm/31.5-32.25" for example. If your waist over clothes measures 32.25-34.5" we'd recommend you buy M/35" and wear it below your waist in a shallow V shape which will also look very flattering on all body shapes but a lady with an hour glass figure may want to buy a cinching wide waist belt or elastic belt for comparison too. The measurement we use broadly matches the measurement on the body. We are only a phone call away if you'd like further help.

If you find you have ordered the wrong size, don't worry as you can return it for a refund or exchange (see returns tab for conditions) but it is really worth digging out the tape measure to save you extra postage costs and to fast track your road to satisfaction. How we measure belts

From first hole to last hole for most standard belts and for straps we include about 1-2" for a buckle. Measurements given are approximate within a couple of cm and relate to same measurement as where you will wear it.

Delivery starting with our speedy dispatch

Most orders are sent same working day if made by mid afternoon, otherwise next working day (unless flagged as fraud risk). We use Royal Mail. Full delivery info.

UK orders

There is set postage of £2.95 however many belts you order (1st class – 1 to 3 days) or pay extra based on weight for next working day (around £7.40 for most belts) or a Saturday delivery (from £10.40).

International orders

Sent airmail using local postal services (takes 1-2 weeks to N America etc, is not guaranteed but most Australian customers report their orders take a week) with the cost calculated by weight in the shopping bag when you select your country.

Returns

• Why not order more than one item to be able to make a comparison. We understand that looking truly fabulous takes some trial and error.
• Our no quibble returns policy means that you may return unwanted items (excluding special/bespoke orders e.g. made/ordered in to your size or specific colour) in new (e.g. tagged) and unused condition within 14 days from the date of dispatch (28 days overseas and by 14/Jan/2013 if ordered Nov/Dec 2012).
• We issue a prompt refund (excluding postage) to the card used for the order.
• You will be sent a returns slip and relevant information with your order.
• Customers pay return postage which enables us to keep prices low.
• Free outward UK exchange postage for items £35+.

Payment

Visa and MasterCard debit or credit payment cards accepted. Sorry no AMEX. You will need to enter or set up your secure password if you're a UK customer buying online – this protects you if your card is stolen and is a good idea. You can also place and pay for your order by phone if you are a UK customer. Orders are not placed until payment is successfully taken - anti-fraud checks are then performed before the order is dispatched.

Non-uk customers or tax exempt e.g. Channel Islands

• We have customers all over the world. Add items you wish to purchase into the shopping bag and from there you can calculate the delivery cost based on weight by selecting your country from the list.
• Tax Free Shopping: Displayed prices for products include UK VAT (sales tax) and exclude delivery costs. VAT is not charged to non-EU countries and VAT-exempt places like the Channel Islands - to remove the VAT the delivery destination must be a non-EU country or 'Jersey' for example, not 'United Kingdom'. Local import charges may apply to non-EU countries.
• All prices are charged in UK sterling at checkout. International customers may be charged a fee by their bank for a sterling purchase and/or use a different currency conversion rate to our approximation available by selecting the most familiar currency in the top right of the page.
• International orders are limited to 2kg of products (several heavy belts/buckles or over a dozen small ones) so if you are having problems checking out, try removing one or two from your shopping bag.
