We have so many to choose from, you can easily match the belt to their style or colour of the accessories like bags and shoes they like to wear. If you live with the person

 you'll need to secretly borrow a belt they do wear noting which hole they use (if it's your significant other this is a great reason to pull them close to you and get amorous) and measure it - this will give you the widest choice i.e. from our whole selection. Check out the 'size & shopping guide' for how to measure. All our orders are sent to the cardholder at their address but if you contact us at the time of your order we can wrap the parcel so it does not say who it comes from.

If it is not possible to measure a belt the present receiver wears

 ...don't worry as with certain designs size it is not as important to be a perfect fit i.e. where the belt can be worn on the hips or where the belt design has holes that go all the way round (these belt types are included on this page). See our hip belt selection for those belts destined only for the hips, but do note that other types of belt apart from elasticated can also be bought in longer lengths to be worn on the hips. A wonderful belt as a present is an obi belt, found in 'wide waist and obi belt selection'. This is a long piece of material tied around the wearer, usually high up on the waist, but can be the hips too. You will still need to have an idea of the clothing size they buy for skirts and trousers - do note this can differ to the size they buy to wear for their top half.

How to giftwrap a belt?

 The only drawback with belts is they can be fiddly to giftwrap but as the experts we can advise you on the best approach we have found. We suggest wrapping the belt in tissue paper, may be with a ribbon tied around it and placing it in a gift bag or gift box with the OUAB returns and exchanges information sheet - if you choose to include it and leave it to them to arrange if they are not happy with your choice.
